2. Services Provided

2.1 We offer residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialized cleaning services as described on our website or agreed upon at the time of booking.

2.2 Our services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or withdraw services at our discretion.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information as required by our booking process.

3.2 Payment must be made in advance or upon completion of the service, as specified during booking. We accept cash or check. Please make checks payable to "Elite Cleaning Solutions Michigan LLC".

3.3 We may require a deposit for certain services, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.4 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

4. Access and Safety

4.1 You must provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property due to security or access issues, you may be charged a missed appointment fee.

4.2 You are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items. We are not liable for any loss or damage to these items during the cleaning process.

4.3 All pets must be secured or removed from the premises during the service. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee.

5. Service Quality and Complaints

5.1 We strive to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

5.2 We may offer to re-clean at no additional cost if we are notified of any issues within the specified time frame. Refunds are not typically provided unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Liability

6.1 We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6.2 Our liability for any direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Michigan/USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
